Report a Lost or Stolen Card

No longer have your Security Bank Debit or Credit card? Don't worry! We have a streamlined way for you to report a lost or stolen card. We encourage you to report a lost or stolen card immediately.

Debit Card

If you suspect your Security Bank Debit Card and/or PIN code has been lost or stolen or you suspect someone has used your card to make unauthorized purchases, please call 731-285-0485 or stop by your nearest Security Bank branch.  A representative can help block your lost card and have a new card issued the same day. 

If your card is lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call 1-800-264-5578 and follow the prompts to have your card blocked.  Please contact us the next business day to have your card reissued.

Credit Card

Security Bank offers Mastercard credit cards with 24-hour secure online access to your credit card account information at mycardstatement.com.
